Short answers to the things people ask most often.

Who writes this site?

Prasoon. One person, not a team. I have spent 26 years writing for a living, across publishing and the film industry. Every article here is published under my name, and the About page explains where I am coming from.

Are you a therapist, doctor or coach?

No, and I am not going to imply otherwise. I have no clinical training and no letters after my name. What I write about is behaviour, communication and systems: the exact sentence to send, a routine that makes the workday end, a named technique and how to run it properly.

Is anything here medical advice?

No. This site does not diagnose conditions, does not recommend treatment, and does not make health claims. If what you are carrying is heavier than a habits-and-workload problem, a professional is the right kind of help and this site is not a substitute for one. The full disclaimer spells this out.

What does the site actually cover?

Eight areas, all practical rather than clinical: Boundaries, Overthinking, Burnout and Work Stress, Daily Routines, Techniques, Journal Prompts, Digital Detox and Affirmations.

Who is it for?

People who take on too much. Usually not disorganised at all, often the opposite: the reliable one who says yes, absorbs the extra work, and notices the cost only when they are already flat.

How often do you publish?

Six posts a day, morning and evening, New York time. If you would rather not check back, the blog page lists everything newest first.

Do you use AI to write the articles?

AI is used as a drafting tool in the writing process. Every piece is edited and published under my name, and I am responsible for what is on the site. If something here is wrong, I would rather know than not: prasoonwriter@gmail.com.

Do you sell anything?

Not yet. Guides and prompt packs are planned, and they will be clearly marked when they exist. Nothing on the site is sponsored and no article is paid placement.

Can I suggest a topic, or point out a mistake?

Yes, and both are welcome. Email prasoonwriter@gmail.com or use the contact page.

Can I republish an article?

Not in full. A short quote with a link back is fine. For anything more, ask first.
